The credentials of the staff serving our clients include attorneys, CPA’s, chartered financial analysts, certified financial planners, as well as other professional designations.
At our Monroe office our Wisconsin Community Bank clients meet regularly with Ron Spielman and Kay Donahoe to discuss a broad spectrum of issues that are of paramount importance to our clients. Carol Stang, assisted by Bonnie Garfoot, provides the same services throughout the WCB region. Each of our clients has their own unique set of needs and expectations that are constantly evolving. I. Investment Management

IV. Estate Administration

- Who pays any bills that are outstanding at the time of my death?
- Who prepares the documents that need to be filed with the probate court?

- We regularly serve as a counselor and sometimes as a buffer when dealing with family members who are suffering the traumatic loss of a family member while still having to make timely financial decisions.
- We utilize the most up-to-date computer software to account for estate assets and make the required reports to the probate court.
V. Guardianships
Concerns of some of our existing clients have included:
- The nursing home tells me my parent needs a court-appointed guardian.
- My parent can no longer manage their financial affairs, I live 1,000 miles away and am on the road for my business.
- We’re concerned about which of the children should have access to Mom or Dad’s assets.
How we have helped our clients:
- We are regularly appointed by the court to serve as Guardian of the Estate for individuals who are no longer capable of managing their own affairs.
- When one or more family members may be in conflict regarding financial matters, we can serve as the needed fiduciary to fulfill court requirements and provide timely financial reports to all interested parties.
- Nursing homes and medical providers work with us regularly to simplify the billing process as well as any potential claims process regarding Medicare or supplemental insurance.
VI. Custody Services
Concerns of some of our existing clients have included:
- I still want to control my own investments decisions!
- I go to Arizona for five months of the year and it seems my mail and paperwork gets lost or messed up.
- I am tired of getting so many 1099 forms at tax season.
